This section allows you to change the font of your text on your store.

There are over 1000 fonts available with more added monthly.

Unfortunately, if the font you want to use isn't in the list you won't be able to use it. However, there are over 1000 fonts available to choose from so you should be able to find a similar one.

If a font applies to some, but not all text on your store, it's likely that this text font isn't editable.

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) in short is a way to style elements on your store using code.

For example, you might want to increase the height of the footer, or make an image round.

• You might need to add an !important tag.
• You might need to define your class/ ID more specifically. E.g. #idName.className

This section is only recommended for users who have a strong knowledge of CSS code.

If you don't know what this section is for, it's likely you'll never need to use it.

Image Graphics are overlays added to your main product images when certain conditions are met.

When enabled, and a discount has been set on the product, a small icon will be displayed in the corner of the of the product image.

When enabled, and a Fixed Shipping Cost of zero or Free Shipping has been set on the product, a small banner will display on the product image.

If products are set to remain on display on the store and Stock Control is "0" for a product, a small banner will show on the product image.

If an image is smaller than the required size on your store, we will automatically pad the image to the correct size using the color you've selected.

Enabling this feature places a popup window on your store. Your customers can only proceed once they confirm your requirements.

If your customer declines, they will be redirected to Google.

It's likely that you've already confirmed the pop up. Once confirmed the pop up will be hidden for you.

View your store on a different computer/ device, or in an incognito window to see the popup again.

A Favicon is a small image that typically appears in the Address Bar or tab bar of your browser.

Click the Add New Favicon Image button above to upload your own Favicon.

For the best results, upload a square image which is no larger than 256px in height and width.

Vacation Mode/ Store Status is a way to temporarily suspend your store, perhaps if you are going on vacation or just need to focus on something else for a while.

With On Vacation selected, your customers will be greeted with a friendly message that blocks them from accessing your store.

No, your customers cannot purchase anything from your store when Vacation Mode is enabled.

SEO is not affected as the html source code is still reachable by search engine spiders and bots. We simply add an overlay to prevent shoppers from interacting with the store.

This section allows you to change the colors used on your store.

Simply select the first color palette available to reset your colors back to the default.

It's likely you've set 2 colors which are the same or very similar. E.g. White background color with white text.

Click the Edit button and change a few colors until your text appears

If you have made a nice color palette, get in touch with our support team and we might add it as an available color palette for all our stores to use.

This section allows you to add a background image to your store.

The image will display on every page of your store.

Use the settings on this page to change the size, position, and more.

• Make sure that you've checked the ENABLE checkbox.
• You might need to change the settings (position, size, repeat, attachment) in order for you to see your background image.

It is likely that your background image is covering the whole background area.

You will only see the color selected if your background image does not cover the whole background area.

A logo is an image that usually appears in the header of your store. It's used to identify your store/ branding.

If you do not have a logo to use, we'd recommend using our logo generator to create one.

Adding a newsletter feature to your page is a great way to build up your customer base. By enabling a newsletter sign up form in your store you can start collecting names and email addresses of people who are interested in receiving your newsletter.

When a customer enters their details using the sign-up form on your store, they will be added to your newsletter list. You can export this list to a .CSV file ready for adding into your own email marketing campaigns.

Share Icons allow your customers to share the product on their social media pages.

Allowing your shoppers to promote your store for you is a no brainer but you can use this section to enable and disable as you see fit.

Banners are pre-defined areas on your store/ theme where you can add content such as, text, videos, images, code, and more.

All themes have a Footer banner area available which will appear on all pages.

Some themes will also have Left and Right banner areas available (not always visible on every page).

This section allows you to change your stores language. You can also add additional languages for customers to select.

You can also edit individual translations for each language.

Don't worry, simply edit an existing language to your own by clicking the icon next to the language.

Edit your store name using the text box above. Store names are used throughout your store and within some control panel elements, such as your invoices.

Customer Accounts allow your shoppers to log into their own accounts on your store.

This allows them to view all their past orders, abandoned carts, and more.

New products are any product you've added to your store in the last 30 days.

Products will only appear in the New Products section if:

• They were added in the last 30 days
• They are set to visible
• They have a positive stock amount (if stock settings set to remove product if out of stock)

Sure, just set the Maximum Number of New Products to zero.

Popular Products are the products that have had the most views on your store.

Products will only appear in the Popular Products section if:

• They are set to visible
• They have a positive stock amount (if stock settings set to remove product if out of stock)

The Currency feature allows your customers to view your store in their prefered currency.

We use realtime currency exchange rates to show the closest possible match.

Customers will still pay in your chosen account currency.

Currently, it's not possible to set which currencies you want to display.

All currencies will be available if this feature is enabled.

You can change your store/ account currency via the Settings section of your control panel.

The Search Bar allows your customers to search for products on your store.

When a customer enters a word or phrase into the search bar, we'll automatically try to match that to products based on:

• Product Name
• Product Description
• Product Search Tags

This section allows you to add new categories and re-order them.

Click and drag a category to move it.

To edit a category, including adding a description, image, SEO and more, go to the Manage > Products > Categories section.

Enabling this feature places a notification bar at the top of your store.

You can use this for advertising sales or relaying important information.

The bar will not display if no message is provided.
